Are you a team player? We are always looking for team-oriented, self-motivated individuals to contribute to our company in the manufacturing of high-quality animal feeds. The warehouse/inventory group receives, inspects, and organizes bulk ingredients. Our mill operators use computer automation systems to manufacture various types of feed, which is packaged in bags or sold in bulk. The maintenance crew conducts routine preventative maintenance, while also performing electrical and mechanical repairs. Our team is diverse with various levels of experience and educational backgrounds. Some of our entry level production positions do not require experience within the feed manufacturing industry.
Feed Mill Career Areas: Management, Warehouse / Inventory, Mill Operators, and Maintenance
If you are passionate about agriculture and love animals, then you would enjoy working in our Group Farms division. Our farms reach record-breaking production through our outstanding team members who show dedication to animal care, attention to detail, and diligent efforts towards continuous improvement. Pig knowledge varies; some of our employees are just learning about pig care, while others possess decades of experience caring for pigs. Their educational backgrounds vary too. Proper pig care is of utmost importance to us, and we provide training programs for our employees, even offering training in a bilingual format.
Group Farms Career Areas: Management, Genetic Sales, Sow Farms, Nursery / Finishing Farms and Maintenance
This division of our company was added in 2014, when our growing company recognized the need to add more delivery trucks. Within BMC Transport our entire team focuses on safety, reliability, peak equipment performance, and optimal logistics coordination. We deliver both feed and pigs to our various customers, while following strict bio-security measures. Our drivers must meet DOT requirements and qualifications, but they really do make the difference.

Our summer internships provide opportunities for college students in disciplines such as animal science, communications, agri-business, agricultural education, farm management, agricultural systems management, or animal nutrition. Our program provides students with in-depth information about the agricultural industry. They are able to apply knowledge learned within the classroom, while gaining valuable real-world, hands-on work experience. Our hopes are that they take away not only an enhanced career-related skillset, but also a respect for the industry and a relationship for a lifetime.
